30-Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. Curtains that have been hung, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at infoline@mamierhys.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
